Description of Service

Superbubblr is a web application that allows you to:

• Create mockup chat conversations with various themes
• Export conversations as PNG, SVG, or animated GIF
• Save and manage conversations (Pro users)

User Accounts

You may use Superbubblr without an account with limited features. Creating an account requires authentication through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Payment and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing the service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Superbubblr for:

• Any illegal activities
• Creating harmful or defamatory content
• Impersonating others without consent
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or abuse the service

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Superbubblr is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
